“ONLY CABIN ON THE LAKE”

McVicar Lake is located 102 air miles Northeast of our Base … a 50 minute flight.  McVicar is a large lake, about 8 miles long and 5 miles wide with numerous bays, islands and structure with depths to 160’.  There are two rivers flowing into the lake and one that flows out, so there is lots of moving water.  There is also direct access to three other lakes, one of which, Lang Lake is over 12 miles long and 100’ deep.  All the lakes fish Walleye and Northern Pike extremely fast, with numerous trophies of each species caught and released regularly.

Our cabin features hot & cold running water, shower room, large kitchen/living area all complete with propane fridge/freezer (2), stove/oven, lights, wood stove and vinyl flooring.

Outside features include:  propane B.B.Q. and fish cooker and a fish cleaning house complete with running water for easy clean-up.

Our three bedroom cabin is located in a beautiful secluded bay – “a real luxury in the wilderness”.
